1. Bibi has to love it....

The left is going to split so many votes, none of them will do well....how many partys are there?..I read 34,but have only heard of about10...can any one that can get 7 people together form a party? Doesn't seem like a good idea, but what do I know.
2. Israel needs visions of total victory.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.08.12)
Leftist "visions of peace" through ceding our land bring Israel nothing but mass suffering. Virtually all Israel's worst problems are direct results of Israeli retreats. What Israel really needs are visions of total victory over "Palstinian" poseurs and their departure from our land.
3. Very efficient of Amir Peretz
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (12.08.12)
In one move, he's improved the quality of TWO political parties! Does he think that joining Zipi Livni will give him back the defense portfolio? After all, now he knows you have to take off the lens caps!
4. wait till Bibi makes Livni a tempting offer
zionist forever   (12.08.12)
Whilst Bibi should have no trouble making a right wing coalition its possible he might like to have somebody from the left like Livni to try counter the nationalists and far right in the coalition. When he needs to make policies the nationalists don't like he can count on Livni's support and having Livni in his coalition further weakens the leftist influence. Peretz might be an idealist but Livni is not and if Bibi makes an offer to Livni she likes she will break every promise to Peretz and join Bibi without thinking twice and leave Peretz to have a tantrum. Despite the smiles I imagine Livni wants Peretz and she just wants to use him before the election and afterwards he becomes disposable.
