The Bedz ,   Miami, USA   (12.11.12)
the reason is the world will howl and scream no matter what israel does or does not do. Do you REALLY think any of these countries care for israel. Better israel stands up for ITSELF now while it can. You don't capitulate to the world BULLIES, you stand up to them. When will we finally get it. We should have gone into GAZA on the ground.
34. Gul and gall
Anadelfos ,   Athens Greece   (12.11.12)
Gul has the gall to warn Israel ,while at the same time Turkey is still occupying Northern Cyprus since 1974 and bringing more and more Anatolian settlers.Any reasonable person would not expect such a behaviour, but Turks think and act based only on their short term interest. We heard not even a single condemnation, of Meshaal's full of hatred speech during his recent Gaza visit. Obviously the security of Israelis, is an issue that Ankara doesn't give a dam about.

40. This Land was agreed to be part of Israel under OSLO
Chaim Ben Kahan ,   Efrat, Israel   (12.11.12)
It's always been clear that Israel will retain this land and this was agreed upon under OSLO. It is also agreed under OSLO that settlement growth would not be hindered. Rabin was very clear about this and Arafat agreed to it. Maale Adumim must be contiguous to Jerusalem. That is a must for any viable peace treaty.

concern for israel ,   nyc, ny   (12.11.12)
if more people would visit israel and see how the average israeli lives then the notion of israel acting unjust and as the aggressor would be harder to make. both gov't and citizens should further promote people to travel there http://unbouncepages.com/trips-to-israel/
46. Israel playing with .... #1

47. Murat #43
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (12.11.12)
The more Abdullah Gul and Recep Tayyip Erdogan efendiler talk about Israel to give in to Hamas teh quicker Greater Kurdistan will be a state which will carve out your Suth east Turkey including Gaziantep, Urfa, Maras, Van Hakkari, Diyarbakir. Azadei Kudistan is more likely than an independent Palestinian Arab state as of now. Maybe in less then 10 years.

51. Foolish talkbackers
Ben Alofs ,   Bangor, UK   (12.11.12)
It wasn't all that long ago that Turkey was one of the very few muslim countries Israel could call an ally. Israel lost Turkey through some very foolish actions. The talkbackers here are joking at Turkey's expense. By all means, go ahead. But I tell you: Israel's diplomats are crying about the incompetence of Israel's foreign ministry (Lieberman, Ayalon) and the needless loss of a valuable ally. As if Israel could afford to lose any!
52. Yes, Murat, you´re right!
marucho ,   Bs. Aires Argentina   (12.11.12)
Free Palestine... of Terrorists and Scumbags, women and children-shelter users!!
53. # 17 You do realize that Israel denies the Armenian
ben   (12.11.12)
Genocide works verry hard to deny the Armenian Genocide. Google " Israel Turkey and the politics of Genocide. PS Growing up in a house with survivors of the Armenian Genocide I probably heard a million times the figure 3 million. MY own research probably puts the number closer to one and a half million Armenians.
54. Journalists in Turkey imprisoned - Turkey is #1 culprit
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (12.11.12)
If some of the imprisoned Turkish journalists were free to speak, they would reveal the most terrible crimes of the Turkish government.
55. ISRAEL, BUILD 50,000 HOMES IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA ֱ

Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (12.11.12)
If you protest against the Turkish government, you end up in jail. These Turkies are in no moral position to criticise Israel or anyone.
58. erDOGan & gul
Aaron ,   Toronto,Canada   (12.12.12)
You're playing with fire with your occupation on northern Cyprus that nobody recognizes in the world. When you move out we shall stop building.
59. Ben #53
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (12.12.12)
Numbers do not make an atrocity better or worse, one dead person is as bad as 3 million however for historical accuracy you must read for example 'Justyn McCharty - Death and Exile' . The total Armenian population in all Turkey was not even 3 million at that time. Those Armenians living in my hometown of Izmir and those in Istanbul were not forced to exile. Armenians of Izmir left after the liberation of izmir on September 9, 1922 when the Armenian neighborhood was set on fire (no one really knows who stated the fire - Ernest Hemingway)
60. To non-understanding 19
Ralph Haglund ,   Sweden   (12.12.12)
Why Israel must build in E1. Because it is in a hole between Jerusalem and one of its important surburbs where the Arabs try to steal land by putting up illegal buildings. Besides it is in area C, that Arafat got Nobel Prize for signing that it is controlled by Israel until negotiated peace. The Palestine Arabs have a strip of land outside, 15 kms wide, just as wide as Israel near Netanya, which whould be enough even to Abbas luxury cars.
