1. Very good...
Beary White ,   Norway   (12.13.12)
I have never doubted disabled people with physical problems to do a men/women work. This is natural.
2. For God's sake what is wrong with Israel?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A./ Israel   (12.13.12)
Do you mean to tell me that we are entrusting our safety and security to the mentally disabled? It is a noble idea to get the mentally challenged involved in activities that would lift their self esteem, but an activity that might endanger national security is not the way to go. It is a NO, NO ...
3. While on the face of it , this might look like a good idea..
Sarah B ,   U.S.A./ Israel   (12.13.12)
But, give the mentally disabled jobs that might not compromise national security in case of failure... This is a cheap way of blaming an eventual failure on the noble idea of providing jobs to the mentally challenged....

Jonny ,   Cape Town   (12.13.12)
Better, and more successful, then entrusting the security of the country to the mentally challenged politicians. They are in a class of their own. Well done Rafael

Alice ,   Israel/Canada   (12.13.12)
I doubt that comments from #2 and #3 are from the Real Sarah B. A big yasher koach to the Raphael employes. Be well and thank you.

Either the parts pass QA or they don't - there is no "affirmative action" lesser standard for components made or assembled by these individuals. From the intelligence of your comment, I can only hope you never work on any components of Iron Dome. I would be terrified for Israel.
11. #10 SR, Dallas USA
Sarah B ,   U.S.A./ Israel   (12.14.12)
Do not worry SR, due to my superior education and high intelligence, I do not have to take menial jobs that are meant for lesser people short of mentally challenged ones...
