1. Goat's milk and cheese is so much healthier than cow
milk and cheese since goat's milk and cheese alkalinize the body but cow's milk and cheese acidify the body. Death has been defined by some as the point at which the entire body is acidified and fermenting. I put powdered goat's milk in coffee and eat goat cheese from Denmark which is the only one I can find in the markets I shop at. So a goat's milk cheese farm and facility in Canada is needed. The whole milke goat cheese tastes good, too, especially in scrambled eggs. Powdered goat's milk does not have the chemical additive to prolong shelf life that liquid milks contain.
