If Bibi or any other Israeli sneezes near an arab and the arab catches a cold that Israeli will be up in front of the ICC for crimes against humanity for using chemical weapons against a civilian population.

The ICC should be focused on getting the judiciaries in these countries up and running so that they can effectively prosecute such crimes. I feel there is lingering European imperialism at work with the entire conception of a court above national courts. Congo is just as much of a nation as the Netherlands yet Western Europeans still feel superior to "less civilized" nations.
