31. a price to pay
Idan ,   Hertzlia   (12.23.12)
A childish argument, Jews will have the right if they want to live in a Palestinian state under Palestinian authority, but I guess they would'nt like it, the only real argument is that Arabs lost a war which they started, and they have to pay a price for it
32. #25 doug
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.23.12)
You just discredited your post #15. Congratulations.
33. #22 nina - correct!
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.23.12)
However, you should know that arabs live in Israel as they stayed instead of running away. They were not kicked out. You should also know that they recaptured the land taken in 1948, not to mention the land taken in the Muslim Conquest. Surely you've heard of the Muslim Conquest, or is your history limited to only what you want to hear? And you should also know that the "Pals" insist that any state they have will be Judenrein. Methinks your post is for them, not the Jews. But of course you will shut your eyes to facts.
34. Occupied West Bank is the burial ground of Israel.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.23.12)
Jews have more valid claims to Poland and Spain based on real history than to the West Bank. Scripture schmopture. Get out of there and develop the Negev. Also, try to make peace.
35. #34, not scripture, documented history validates Israel
Jake ,   USA   (12.23.12)
The so-called West Bank is within Israel's ancient borders. Read a history book for documented proof. History is factual, it doesn't bend to your distorted views.
36. their rights are grounded on scriptures
split ,   US   (12.23.12)
You mean on fictional or exaggerated nonessential events immortalized by Hebrew imagination in fairy tales ,...

38. #28 B.M. While Israel builds real homes...
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (12.23.12)
...Abbas and his PA/Fatah cronies carry on building a structure of lies with the connivance of the UN,EU and Obama. Let them get on with it until their castle in the sky is good and high...then kick away the first lie that is the foundations that the structure rests on and watch it all collapse around them. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
39. #35 Jake, They were different people from today.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.23.12)
You can read whatever you want. I've read scores of books on Jewish history. Your referral is to a small group of ancient people. I am talking of millions in more modern times.
40. 34 - Jews have more valid claims to Poland and Spain ,...
split ,   US   (12.23.12)
Wow, take it easy my friend in Poland, Spain or anywhere in Europe except Volga River delta where they come from and got kicked out due to their legendary co-existence skills, their conduct and attitude they were nothing but unwelcome invadors and squatters ,...
41. 35 - history book for documented proof ,...
split ,   US   (12.23.12)
What documented proof, except for your fairy tales there's no mention in other historical records, not one brick or coin to support your claim that Joseph, Moses, David or Solomon and his kingdom ever existed while other rulers at that time left their visible landmarks for us to admire ,...
42. #39, DNA research has proven your theory wrong
Jake ,   USA   (12.23.12)
The vast majority of Jewish people are descendants of ancient Israelites. A cheap pack of lies wont negate the rights of our 3500 year old nation.
43. #36 Split
DavidR ,   USA   (12.23.12)
I have read enough of your talkbacks to know that it is useless to try and reason with you because you are anti-semitic and I suspect you are a Palestinian. But, on the outside chance that you can be reasoned with, I would like to ask you, have you ever heard of or read the Works of Josephus? That my friend is undisputed history, not Scripture. You will find the truth there, at least the truth up till his time. What has happened since is well documented. Try and get a real education instead of believing the hatred and lies that are being thrown about these days. Try to be fair to another race of people rather than spouting revisionist history.

It appears that your brain is misfiring. Seek help quickly.
45. #41, have you seen the western wall?

46. Humanitarian Perspective
Zivron   (12.24.12)
There a lot of tribal Herdal fanatics on both the Jewish and Islamic side but those of Islam And other faiths who have the capacity to live in peace with the Jews and keep the Laws of Noah by the Bible have equal rights in eretz yisroel .
47. Hashems Land
Zivron   (12.24.12)
The land belongs to Hashem and has been granted to the Jews as a Holy and Safe sanctuary and no matter how many Islam and Nazi Fascists there are The Jews have to control their security by peace or war by conventional or non conventional for The Days are arriving .
48. Judea and Samaria Districts
ltrail ,   United States   (12.24.12)
It is definitely the right, the human right, of Jews to live in Judea and Samaria. It has been their land for thousands of years. But mainly, they are living there now for many, many years. G-d. Please bless the Jews of Israel, and protect them. Thank you

solomon ,   bklyn   (12.24.12)
The fairy-tales are your own, from a warped, over-active imagination that refuses to deal in facts. But we don't expect logic from you...everr.
50. #39 michael
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.24.12)
And so you are saying that an ancient people would not reproduce? They would not increase? Their numbers would be static throughout the millenia? You just shot yourself in the foot. Congratulations.
51. #42, DNA research showed WB Palestinians are very ancient.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.24.12)
They derive from Kurds as old in time as Jews' derivation. The DNA research is inconclusive on stuff 3500 years old. However, the DNA research I go by derives beginning in 1948 and says Israelis did not reside in the West Bank. They resided in the Negev since 1948. Sof pasuk, you have nothing to show historically, genetically and otherwise.
52. Michael- #51
Leah G ,   Itamar Israel   (12.24.12)
You are obviously not following the torah portions - they took place exactly in these disputed areas- we are indigenous to Israel forever.
53. 43 - That my friend is undisputed history
split ,   US   (12.24.12)
Yeah right, especially the one that immortalised Masada - Masada's heroism story is just another fairy tale invented by Josephus to keep Judaism alive and re-invented by zionists in recent years to keep them afloat - Here's a fact, my friend, despite a decades of digging at the base of Masada and in libraries there's not a shred of evidence that the act of heroism [if you can call forced mass suicide an act of heroism ('78 Jonestown massacre)] ever happen.
54. 52 - we are indigenous to Israel forever.
split ,   US   (12.24.12)
You're Volga River Delta converted nomads known for your lack of co-existence skills temporarily camping in holly land just like in 109 countries and places where you got kicked out since 250 AD.
55. No need to hide the biblical claim
David Ha'ivri ,   Kfar Tapuach Shomron   (12.24.12)
The historical connection of the Jewish people to the land of Israel is not something we should be ashamed of. If we show respect to our heritage that will be appreciated by the nations who hear our stand. This is not meant to convince them but, rather for them to understand the roots of our devotion top this land.
56. Settlers and Human Rights
Henry Khamashta ,   Lima . Peru   (12.24.12)
Mr. Castro, If you claim that Settlers have a Biblical right to reside in newly built houses in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, why then, Israel denies the right of the Palestinians to return to their OLD houses in the state of Israel. Mr. Castro, I suggest you call your Prime Minister and tell him to issue a world wide invitation to all Palestinian Refugees to go back to the place their fathers and grandfathers were born. Thank you....I will wait the invitation!
57. #53 et al, split
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.24.12)
Scholars have found Josephus to be correct; he also writes about Roman history that does not involve the Jews. Please don't be insulted if I do not include you in the term "scholar", as your lack of it is truth as well. Keep writing, please. Every post of yours increases the abyss of fairy-tales even further.
58. #51 michael
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.24.12)
First you base your argument on DNA research, and then you say that DNA research from those times is inconclusive. Then you jump to 1948, as if DNA (and history) from the early part of the century through the 1900’s is the same as from 3500 years ago, but becomes viable at exactly 1948. You shoot yourself in the foot yet again. I recommend you take a few days off and regroup, so your ridiculous statements are at least not so ridiculously obvious (if that is possible). And BTW: the kingdoms of Israel and Judea included Judea (ever wonder why it’s called Judea?) and Samaria. It was the base of the Sanhedrin. You have nothing to show, except an active avoidance of facts not to your liking. Now, sof pasuk.
59. #52 Leah, Tora is not History. History is from 1948.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.24.12)
Should we start the argument at creation? Maybe from the lack of Avrahham avinu or Jews in Egypt and of Moses? How about the non-existence of Har Sinai? The modern history of Israel starts with the state's establishment in 1948. Before that relevant histories are those of the Khazars in Russia, also Spain and Poland, but not of the village Itamar.
60. #51, Reading and comprehension are not your virtues.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.24.12)
You are an expert in making great mish from any mash. Start reading slower and improve comprehension through Lego games. When you say I shot myself in the foot, the only possible meaning is that the bullet has entered your brain.
