If Shas represents the sector of the "have not" then it should absolve its political party and become a charity! Israel should not be beholden to sectarianism- leave that to our neighbors! If only the egoists on the Left swallowed their pride and joined the PM's coalition, Israel could finally legislate the separation religion from state and save billions in tax payer money allocated to paying Haredi and Wakf salaries and superstitious institutions!

In light of Shas' dismal performance in polls so far, the party has decided to "play dirty" and introduce the sensitive issue of ethnic discrimination within Israeli society into the campaign, in an attempt to solidify the support of Sephardic voters. Well they had a good teacher in Menachem Begin who exploited this to good advantage. What goes around.....
