I just read up on the story of the little girl spitting on an Israeli soldier. I equally condemn this action. In fact, it appears even more vile since we are talking about a little girl having been incited to be aggressive to an IDF soldier. To make matters worse, she is lauded by PM Erdogan. I never liked Erdogan and his AKP but illustrates how far off the mark the man is getting to be.

While I don't think, that spitting at Tibi was nice, this is life and another side of democracy at work... She needs to be charged, tried, and if convicted - sentenced. Smacking her in the face is not part of the Israeli justice system, nor is it part of the justice system in Washington.

In particular, as a member of Knesset, he committed an act of treason when he traveled to Libya to meet with Qaddafi. Zoabi routinely flouts Israeli law -- she, too, traveled to Libya and she sailed aboard the MAVI MARMARA, a vessel chartered by the IHH, which Israel considers a terrorist organization. That is an act of treason. Treason carries the death penalty in Israel. I doubt that either Tibi or Zoabi will ever be tried for treason, but at a minimum, they should be stripped of their citizenship and deported. No pension, either.

Nowhere in post #9 does it say that spitting is ok. They are commenting on the double standards that we frequently see. They are jumping to conclusions when they accuse Marcel of not commenting on the little girl.
