Shouldn't the effort benefit a childless couple who will nurture and cosset a baby rather than a mother who had the gift of a child, and spat upon that gift? Besides, Borisov can go to any number of orphanages in her native Russia and adopt one of the throwaway babies there. Assuming any orphanage is crazy enough to allow this murderess to adopt a child.

All children should be entitled to a caring, loving and safe home. Obviously this woman can not provide that. As for her rights... she lost them when she killed her child.
