the learned rabbi seems to have collected the most extreme "rules" that have been made by others. but halakha isn't always about the strictest possible application of rules in any other area. rather, it is about rules that (imperfect) humans can live with, and minhag that has developed over centuries. god did not command any of these rules (there is no specific prohibition of wearing red in the torah), and it was not the minhag 1,000 years ago (we have colour drawings of medieval jewish women). and i doubt that this learned rabbi has ever tried to wear the clothing that he prescribes, in the heat of an israeli summer. he should wear pantyhose for a month, before dictating what is "modest" for jewish women.

The Torah does not even prohibit premarital sex, and I'm sure there was lots of it, and lots of "immodesty" in Israelite times.
