The 3 year old opinion is none other that the Holy Chafetz Chaim and I dont think anyone has anything against him ! I am a 55 year old orthodox rabbi and the laws quoted are widely accepted by almost all normal orthodox divisions... Thats why my caption was they are not R Aviner laws but generally accepted laws... The Torah (bible) does not write out everything fully as HaShem left it over to Torah she Baal Peh (oral tradition) handed over by mouth...
