One of these days the Palestinians are going to wake up and realize that their fellow Arabs could care less about them. When leaders were able to use them as a distraction to the Arab Street the Palestinian problems served a purpose--they distracted the populace from their own miserable conditions. Now, in the days of Arab Springs and new governments the Arab Street doesn't need a distraction. The Arab nations will talk the talk but they will not walk the walk. RE: the money that Israel is not turning over. In the US when someone doesnt' pay their bills their salary can be garnished. The Palys have not paid their electric and water bills. Their "salary" has been garnished. I pay my water and my electric--otherwise I wouldn't have the services. Chevra Chasmal wouldn't think twice re: shutting me down. NOW we have equality. BUT I do have an idea. If the leaders of the Palestinians, along with Suha Arafat would return some of the millions that made their way into private pockets, the people would be better off.

What would the Palestinians do without Israel? They provide them with water, and electricity. If they didn't, the Arab world would have no problem starving them to death so they could pin the blame on Israel, and all those naive progressives and anarchists would buy it without doing any due diligence. If the progressives truly cared about the Palestinians, the innocent women and children wouldn't be suffering as bad as some of them are because of their corrupt leaders.

Mr. Fayyad, there is an easy solutions. Recognize Israel as a Jewish state, recognize Israel's right to live behind secure borders, in peace with its neighbour, forget the mantra of return of so-called refugees to Israel, stop claiming the eastern part of Jerusalem as your capital and sit down with Israel to negotiate a treaty face to face. Also allow your people to be employed by whoever and wherever on the terrorizes/ settlements. You will find out that within2-3 years agreeing on borders and signing a pace treaty, your Palestine will be an economic miracle among the Arab countries and you will cease to be a beggar state. Or too much to ask from you? As for Gaza? They are long gone and it became an entity called Hamastan.

Sooner than later, they will leave for greener pastures , and we will have our country back.

You wanted a state AND wanted someone else to pay for it, not gonna happen. One day the Pal's will get tired of living in poverty and pain that is brought upon them by attacking Israel every single day. The day they want a real and lasting peace is the day they will begin to prosper. They could be the next "Club Med" of the ME if they found a way to live peacefully with Israel and their neighbors. You have to stop teaching racism and hatred of Israel and your brother first.

The PA or is the State of Palestsine as they are now call themselves is wasteful because they know all they need to do is ask for money and they get it. They think everything should be given to them with a smile if they want it. When they need money they tell other countries we want some more money and if the donations are not forthcoming they shout and scream occupation, wave their flag saying look we want money. They are furious Israel has taken some money to pay PART the electric and they threaten to go to the ICC because they government is taking this money owed. Israel Electric makes covers its losses made from supplying the PA with electric they never pay for by putting up bills for Israelis who do pay. They think statehood is a game where they get the land to rule and waving the flag is the only obligations they have. They want the rewards of statehood but not its obligations, especially financial ones. Time for the world to say to the PA no more money or political support until you get your house in order and that means proper budgeting, show us where you will get your money if we gave you statehood but kept our money. End the tantrums when you don't get what you want tell us what your plans for this state are within the first 10 years ( realistic plans ). No more unconditional international financial and political support demand they start acting like a real government running a real state rather than children playing a game.

The chutzpa of the palestinian arabs is unlimited. The world has given the palestinian arabs tens of BILLIONS for 64 years and there is nothing to show for it. Their leaders have stolen the money or accomplished nothing of value with it. They use it to buy weapons and nothing for their infrastructure or for building businesses that could actually produce something or anything the world would want. All they have done is add to the terrorism of the world and to more chaos and hatred of the outside world while continuing to beg for more funds so they can pay salaries of people who do nothing. It is time the world including the arabs and muslims to say no to them and let them figure out a positive plan for a positive future. With 8 million israelis, Israel is not going anywhere and will defend itself, its people and its small country forever. Never again has meaning in Israel, especially to the Jews of the world.
