1. Oh, the message to the U.S. is clear
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.09.13)
The intent of the Moslem Brotherhood is also quite clear. I guess Egypt will have to choose -- do they prefer to array themselves with Iran -- who can do nothing for them -- or with the United States, who feeds, clothes and arms Egypt (at least until Congress kicks into gear). Egypt can't have both an alliance with Iran and one with the United States. Morsi telegraphed his intentions by firing the one minister who spoke out against high level diplomatic ties between Egypt and Iran. Clearly the Islamic card takes precedence over the reality card. Egypt is going to turn into another Syria .... and although Morsi is purging the Egyptian armed forces as quickly as he can, he's not doing it quickly enough. He's going to end up either being overthrown, or with an inept military much as Stalin did after his 1930s purges of the Soviet military. Either way, I'm sure that the powers-that-be in Jerusalem are enjoying the show. Egypt is putting itself in a "can't-win" situation and in so doing, is putting Israel in a "can't-lose" situation. Decisions, decisions. What's a fundamentalist Islamic tyrant to do?

Birds of one feather. Anti Jewish, Anti Christian, Anti Bahai, Anti Zoroastrian, Anti all non muslems, ANTI HUMAN LIBERTY, CHOICE & RIGHTS. Morsi should be tried in International Court Of Justice for inciting race hate crimes, and all mullahs too. Wake up US, EUROPE and the rest of the FREE WORLD.

civilians outside Israel. Actually the Iranians have copied a lot of Israeli methods. Israel has been a great teacher.
8. #5 Mahmood
Son Of Cyrus ,   UK   (01.09.13)
Dear Mahmood would you care to explain and expand about Gamal El Din being on the take? Your post does not make sense and it is not clear what you are trying to suggest.

Mubarak's leftover, read, US Israel firster's stooge - What was he doing in Morsi's government anyway ? ,...
10. @#8 about Mahmood and his alike
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (01.10.13)
I have to agree with you. The posts are always pro Iranian regim with no proof to back them up. I wonder why someone who is so pro Mahmood would leave in UK. And top it all, he is not even Iranian. Perhaps Egyptian!
11. Welcome to the REAL arab spring people!!!!!
Brett Levitas ,   JHB South Africa   (01.10.13)
The carnage hasnt even begun to unravel. G-D save us all!!
12. Israel is the only ally left to the US in the region
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (01.10.13)
the obama administration is in a very difficult position. they advocated for jihadists, including the muslim brotherhood, against the jewish state of israel. now they are left only with the jewish state of israel as an ally--until israel gets really fed up with the obama-brennan duo.
13. Morsi
Get Real ,   UK   (01.10.13)
Morsi is spreading his options. Whilst he is cosying up to Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas he is careful enough to stay on the right side of the US for fear of losing financial and military support. But the real message that is coming out is that it appears he doesn't yet seem to have made up his mind where he stands and the US would be right to wonder how far he can be trusted and relied upon. What is he leading Egypt into? Israel must stay very alert when dealing with him.
14. Is that why she all of a sudden got a head and tummy ache?
Ypip ,   Canada   (01.10.13)
"...raised concerns that Egypt is looking to distance itself from the West and boost its relations with the so-called radical axis, despite its dependency on American military aid."

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.10.13)
I'm betting Pakistani. The confused syntax and tortured grammar are very typical of Pakistanis who learn English as a second language.
16. BACK @ YOU #15
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (01.11.13)
That is also a possibility. I have been in Pakistan. Wow! One scary place! Muslims their fought each other way before US got there. And of course, today's news is just extra icing on the cake.
17. SO LONG AS YOU GET THE MESSAGE....#15
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (01.11.13)
Yes, it is my second language and I do know that I am not very good in English. But when you respond, you very well indicate that you have understood the talk-back.That is all that I need. How far can you go on understanding other languages and dialects? Get it straight and get it right as well............you will be in for more surprises even if Iran is unable to do anything for Egypt. You said farewell to the 'stooge' who is on the death-bed and long gone.
18. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE?.............#8
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (01.11.13)
