You have to be joking. The PKK doesn't have anybody "on the run". Turkiye's territorial integrity is more guaranteed than ever. He's not talking to "them". He's talking to imprisoned israeli agent Ocalan in Imrali to score polititical points with his foreign friends. Erdogan is either naive or he is deliberately trying to annoy the opposition like he always does. Either way, the PKK are losers who will always lose.
