Do you know what the word "apartheid" means?
Under Israeli rule, everyone has equal rights, can go anywhere regardless of race or religion. If anything, jews have less rights but let's leave that aside.
In contrast, the "moderate" Fatah under leadership of Abbas calls for an ethnically pure state where Jews are forbidden and have no rights.

But, Sam, Jews ARE moving into Judea and Samaria, there is no west bank except for the pals who think by calling the Israeli lands by a foreign name, as with 'palestine' they might steal more land from Israel.
Aint gonna happen.
After Israel annexes all the 'disputed lands' the pals will be exported to Jordan, their real 'home.'
