Ethiopians are very stubborn with their culture, society and upbringing. They are very difficult in changing or improving their attitudes towards another society. It will be only the Ethiopian youth that will be able to assimilate into Israeli society.

Ethiopians should not change their culture but fit into society and be accepted by us. i think integrate into society is a better word to use

israelis are a closed society not only to ethiopians.but especially to american olim.nobody talks about this.a never find a american employed by israelis.

Israelis prefer olim that try to get to know Israelis, Hebrew, etc, and don't stick only to 'their own kind'. This has worked for me and others. I suggest you try it.
