ie Not Invented Here. Surely we have our home grown political advisers and strategists who know the ropes just as well or better than these outsiders.
3. Yet more sour grunting about the US from Israelis
Cameron ,   USA   (01.24.13)
This really is turning into an all too typical response/excuse from Israelis when they run into the difficulties and disappointments of the real world.
4. Arthur Finklestein has long record of dirty, nasty campaigns
Rafi ,   US   (01.24.13)
...here in the US, including character assassination. Anyone who hires him gets exactty what they deserve. Most reasonable people here consider Finklestein the lowest of the low... bascially a perfect companion for Bibi.

zionist forever   (01.24.13)
Shelly was always an idiot. She has only been an MK 5-6 years She has never been part of a ruling coalition. She adopted this champion of morality idealist stance by refusing to join any right wing coalition which turned off alot of people thinking better be in the system than out on morality grounds. This probably helped contribute to Lapid's success, they decided no point voting Labor because Bibi will win and Labor will be in opposition and I don't like Livni so go with the more neutral Lapid. Shellys insistance that Labor was a centrist party rather than a leftist one turned off traditional socialist voters who decided to go with Meretz insead. It was actually a smart move by Gal-On saying we are the only left wing party. Shellys other big problem was the queen of ego Livni. Shelly offered Livni the number 2 slot and choice of ministries but because she refused to agree to a rotating premiership Livni decided to form a party to compete with Labor for the leftist vote and add the king of ego Lapid into the equation and you have to many parties not enough seats. Whatever the reason I think Shelly will not be party leader for to much longer considering the party is still in third place and has only gained 2 seats more than they already had. Shelly politics is not the best place for you so go back to your journalism where you belong.

nooope   (01.24.13)
less people were interested in choosing Likud, that's all...
