Strangely enough the British Foreign Office report on Human Rights and Democracy makes no mention of Britain's continued occupation of Gibraltar, to which Spain lays legal claim. Or Britain's continued occupation (through force of arms) of the Malvinas/aka The Falklands, to which Argentina lays legal claim. Closer to home, the report makes no mention of Scotland, which has been struggling for decades to push through its national aspiration for devolution - London continues to drain Scotland of its oil revenues and accordingly continues to dig in its heels regarding Scottish independence.
