IF THAT HAPPENS ALSO THE PLO WILL BECOME EVEN MORE HOSTILE TO ISRAEL. THEN ISRAEL HAS THE RIGHT AND THE DUTY TO TAKE ANY NECESSARILY MEAN TO PROTECT THE ISRAELI PEOPLE.
2. I guess this will top the PA's agenda
Eyal ,   usa israel   (01.29.13)
Unless Mashal has gone soft, this will be the end of any peace accord (Thank G-D). With Hamas thinking and making decisions for the PLO, means the end of their dream, hello Jordan.

Same Coin! Just why was hamas Expelled from trans-jordan???
4. Since most of the civilized world recognizes Hamas

as a terrorist organization, as they are less discrete about their intentions to destroy Israel than Fatah, than when Israel says there is no partner for peace, the world will finally have to wake up and agree. The final days of the terrorist Abbas are approaching, and a new terrorist is going to take his place. And there is STILL no state of "palestine".
5. $# 4...But in the worlds eye there is a Palestinian state...
Edithann ,   USA   (01.29.13)
Dismissing Palestine and Palestinians is a big mistake..they hold the key to Israels legitimacy...the world knows it and recognizes it..it's only you who refuse to accept what 'you can't change'... TATA
6. Expecting peace to break out any moment

7. Will Obama request peace from him too?
ELY ,   ST LOUIS PARK 55416   (01.29.13)
After all this guy wants to wipe Israel off the map. PERIOD. Even now is there someone with the Palestinians to make peace with ?? If this guy becomes their leader the rockets will start falling in the Negev again. Obama is asleep at the wheel.
8. #5 Well, apparantly the world is as blind as you
A ,   Belgium   (01.29.13)
since "palestine" doesn't appear on any map (except in arab schools), doesn't appear on any globe, doesn't have a capital city...sorry, Jerusalem is taken already...doesn't have an income, besides handouts, has no exports except terror, has no electric grid, water purification system, coin, stamp...bla,bla,bla. It doesn't even have a government. Something that doesn't exist can't be changed. And I have yet to see the UN officially recognize "palestine" as a state, deeming it full member status, which it doesn't have. As of now, they are simply a name placard on a desk. TATA
9. Hamas stealth takeover of PA
Donna ,   Dallas USA   (01.29.13)
Meshaal met with Jordan King in Jan 2012 saying Hamas would not tolerate Israeli schemes to turn Jordan into Palestinian homeland. I know it was reported mid-year that there were differences in opinion of leadership in Hamas that was prompting Meshaal's step away from leadership, but I think this is all Hamas strategy to take over the PA by stealth. There is no split in Hamas leadership, but this is all according to plan to firm up Hamas control over both Gaza and the West Bank. There goes the veneer of the PA being a negotiating partner for Israel if this plot is successful.
10. Once Palestinians vote for Hamas, the games changes....
Edithann ,   USA   (01.30.13)
Palestinians will be at the ICC demaning all settlements be owned and operated by Palestinians...Settlers will be paying 'rent' to Hamas C/O Mashaal... Mark my words...All buildings on Palestinian land will be Palestinian... TATA
