The Geneva convention clearly states that it is illegal to acquire and colonize territory gained in wartime, the Gaza strip and the West Bank were clearly allocated to form the basis of an Arab Palestinian state under the 1948 UN partition plan for Palestine, these territories were never intended to be part of the planned borders for the Jewish state, these territories were then illegally occupied by Egypt and Jordan in the 1948 war and then were illegally occupied by Israel and colonized contrary to UN resolutions and the Geneva convention, it is Israel who is clearly in breach of international law and the longer it continues to do so the more hatred and resentment will stoke up against it and against the vast majority of good Jewish people who want to see the occupation end.

And the US didn't even veto this resolution which states the 4th Geneva convention applies to the WB, E. J'lem and Gaza, How the heck you want the Israeli leaders to refute this. Nothing to do with a 'biased UN', this is the world talking and voting for this International law.

The Geneva Convention refers to sovereign territory of a vanquished nation. Judea and Samaria were not sovereign territory of Jordan- Jordan has since relinquished any claim. The Geneva Convention applies exclusively to sovereign territories. Judea and Samaria are NONSOVEREIGN territories. Israel is free to settle, retain and even annex Judea and Samaria, whereupon the Arabs resident therein will be repatriated to Jordan, country of their citizenship. Every sovereign state has the right to determine which aliens may and may not live within its borders -- and the right to expel or repatriate undesirable aliens. How difficult is that to understand?
