2. Take lots of vitamin D3 and full spectrum vitamin C.
If you get the flu take Pepto Bismol maximum strength for three days (4 tablets three times daily for adults) or Sambucol syrup of lozenges for children (elderberry). Israeli studies show the Sambucol works well and stops the flu but it is expensive. Generics would be elderberry syrup.

People have a better chance of not getting the flu if they don't get the flu shot. They are also spared from the risk of autism and Altsheimer's and Parkinson's and paralysis and cancer from the adjuvants in the flu and other vaccines like aluminum, mercury (thiomerosol), squalene, pig's blood, etc. It is very telling that German Chancellor Angela Merkel demands batches of vaccines for her troops that do not contain these toxic adjuvants.
