#26: You don't understand US history at all, nor the Constitution. You are incorrect and there isn't time/space here to deal with it.
As for the Haredim: again, Torah can continue to be most central, but they must become fully men. When scholarship is the ONLY thing valued within a society, then the society is out of balance. When others only take then they become robbers, thus violating Torah commandments. Thry become a society of thieves is in opposition to Torah. Man was told by Hashem "to guard and to tend" by their own hands, not through the theft of the work of other men's hands. The insular society of the Haredim is not allowing for the obedience of the whole man to Torah, and have locked men into slavery of collective theft. They can be shown that social value includes more than "study." We must set them free to be truly obedient.
