Everywhere you look at the chaos in the arab/islamic world there are those who blame Israel for all the destruction, death and madness. What those people need to do is look in the mirror or in the Koran to give the blame

had obama backed the rebels from the start, before they were infiltrated by al qaeda and other jihadists, then maybe the united states would have some influence on the outcome of this struggle and with the emerging leadership in syria. as is, obama allowed a vaccum to be created, into which stepped the jihadists. russia has been allowed to take over the eastern mediterranean, while obama "pivots" toward the mythical pacific.

The Sunni and Shiites are going to fight this one out themselves until one side wins. The American people will not stand to lose even one soldier, and object to wasting even one tax dollar getting in between these generational opponents. The Syrians, the Jihadis, the Iranians and Lebanese will just have to see which is stronger. God Bless President Obama for having the wisdom to remain un-involved.
