tom ,   tel aviv   (02.10.13)
fear! If the "Third Intifada" doesn't pan out, then we at least must worry about something else.... Funny enough not about Egypt, but this time around:Syria. Who's pulling all the strings? The Sources?
2. Well ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.10.13)
I think it revolves around how stupid the Syrians want to get. The operative questions are how much territory they wish to lose, and how many casualties they wish to take. We're not playing here. The Syrians -- and the Syrian opposition -- need to understand that. Israel can -- and will -- roll right over them in a heartbeat. I guess it's up to them if they want to be dumb ... or dumber.

Tom I remember years ago as Mubarak was fighting his civil war the same talk of terror attacks and peace agreements falling was spun around. Soon enough it all became true, with numerous attacks occurring originating from Sinai and the peace agreement on thin ice. Unfortunately the same can be said with Syria. Once the large number of Syrian rebels and foreign Islamic fighters finish with Assad, they will aim their guns on Israel. But don't worry you should be safe in Tel Aviv. The " sources" sitting there too will be also.
4. SYRIA.
SJOERD VAN DER VELDE ,   HOORN NH, HOLLAND   (02.10.13)
THE SYRIAN PEOPLE BETTER CAN TURN THEIR BACKS TO ISLAM, IN ORDER TO BECOME DECENT, HUMAN PEOPLE. OTHERWISE SYRIA WILL BE TOTALLY RUINED. VICTORY AND PEACE FOR ISRAEL!

Get Real ,   UK   (02.11.13)
Before, during and after a transisition of power in Syria only Israel can ensure Israel's security interests are maintained. No need for negotiations, the agreements arising only to be broken when it suits the Arab terror groups included in the Syrian opposition. All that is needed is an understanding by any Syrian regime of an Israeli zero tolerance policy that any attack on Israel from Syria will be met with the harshest of response. Syria should be treated no differently than Gaza or Lebanon when it comes to responding to the terror groups. End of matter.
7. Military sources would know
LibertyRising ,   Chicago, USA   (02.12.13)
I'm sure they have some really nifty "terror" operations ready to roll and blame on Syrian government...Israel is master of false flag operations.
