1. That said, Bayit Yehudi MUST have religious affairs to stop
BS"D ,   Israel   (02.13.13)
the suffering of the Jewish people. Heredim have torn us apart and we can't take anymore. Bayit Yehud will heal the wounds and bring us together.
2. NO divide and conquer....
Colorado ,   USA   (02.13.13)
Serious things are facing Israel and Netanyahu needs to work WITH the coalition, not against. Hope this isn't just media foolery.
3. Bennet
Fad Egypt   (02.13.13)
is damaging the national camp, he must form alliances and mend the fences with the Likud and the religious parties, not with the leftist Lapid who just want to be a PM, after forming a united nationalist government, they can bring Lapid and Kadima, but by forming alliance with Lapid at the expense of the other religious parties is dangerous, that means that the national camp is divided, and the next government can be a leftist one, Netanyahu is like a fox, he can sell Bennet out, and form a government with the haredim and the left without Lapid !!!! shalom
4. The Old Foxes and their schticks again.
Michael ,   California, USA   (02.13.13)
Bravo to the new leaders who have strong principles, who respect the mission they were given by the voters. One measure of Netanyahu + Lieberman failure is the number of ministers they put up in the government. The more ministers, the less done, and the larger failure of the government. Benett + Lapid won't fall into this appeasement trap. We finally see the long overdue Centrist domination developing in Israel. It's time to put together a Centrist coalition which will form the next government.
5. Kol Hakavod Naphtali! Enough of Bibi fiddling!
David ,   The Galilee   (02.13.13)
Netanyahu, with his deal with Israel-Beiteinu, has almost destroyed the REAL Likud! Bibi, without the right wing loons in Lieberman's lot, Bibi just might be Leader of the Opposition!
6. What Portfolios Do They Want?
Chaim Ben Kahan ,   Efrat, Israel   (02.13.13)
Considering that Habayit Yehudi and Yesh Atid are come by lately parties, what portfolios do they desire? Can we assume that Yesh Atid wants Religous Affairs Ministry which would be a divisive move, or that it desires Education? This is not a trick. Bibi needs to makes the entire coalition happy and it is Bibi who is Prime Minister and not Lapid or Bennet. Interesting though, and I admit it is poor taste to make offers through the media.
7. Bibi-stop with the bloody games
mohson   (02.13.13)
Bennett-make sure that bibi makes no concessions while you are part of the coalition and insist that yaalon becomes deffense mininister. Rumors say bibi may use barak through the back door or mofaz again.
8. to 4
Jennie ,   Israel/US   (02.14.13)
You posts are consistently targeted to influence this board to ideas, harmful to Israel..We do take notice of this fact... Still, I will let you know, that your post is an idication of cluelesness about historical facts, during the 3 terms, that Natanyahu has led the Jewish State..He kept the Nation safe, the economy in steady growth and diplomacy at the best possible...He could have done better, but is not only to blame...And before you smear Bibi and Lieberman, you better have some really good facts to support your point...Regarding your ranting about "the more ministers, the less done and the larger failure..", fyi, it is exactly what will happen now, if most of the power will be transferred to any of the leftist parties under Lapid's leadership...
9. The 'Stray Cats' portfolio is a very good one
Mario   (02.14.13)
Rounding up all the stray cats on the streets, why would they reject this magnificent offer?
10. If Bennet and Lapid
Sagi   (02.14.13)
stick to their guns and do not give in and sell themselves for ministerial positions, even at the price of opting out, then they shall gain tremendous respect. I hope that they are aware of this.
