7. Nuclear test

Perhaps US should assist NK in yet a nuclear test by sending a suitable sized nuclear tipped missile onto a selected target. That way I think NK will finally shut up and probably a few other potential problems states as well. The bombs over Japan was motiviated by a high risk of high numbers of US casualities in an invasion and I think a war with NK could warrant pretty much the same excuse? But I suspect US will not do anything while EC issues a 'strong' condemnation as usual while NK problem will just grow.
