....is: pregnant at 13, then dead of simple infections at 33. "Teenager" is a cultural construct only since the end of WW1. So don't act surprised that we experience "civilization & its discontents". Hod HaSharon is lucky that these kids got sleepy; inebriates often start fighting. So actually, this is a rather good bunch of kids!

drunkeness on purim by underage teens can be very dangerous. On the other hand, one of my sons was sixteen and got so drunk, he fell into the mud and no one wanted to carry him home (I had to do it). He had a hangover for two days and has not gotten drunk since - that is over ten years! So? What is the lesson?
