wise people understand that Israel is not Europe or elsewhere.
32. #22 you are brain dead
Jorge   (02.22.13)
In Jewish Areas in NYC no one ever, pelts people, IN ARAB AREAS in Jerusalem, that is the RULE, if you consider that not to be RACIST, people have to endure beign stoned, go then, and take yourself that service to those neanderthals in ARAB areas in Jerusalem
33. Fear
Tom ,   New York   (02.22.13)
In the U.S. doctors don't make housecalls . If there is a problem let the Arabs call on Tibi a graduate of the Hebrew University Medical School.
34. headline
sarah ,   LA, USA   (02.22.13)
The headline here, is very misleading and dishonest. The Arab couple were not denied treatment, they were told the doctor felt it was dngerous for him to go into their arb neighborhood, where other Israeli Jews had been attacked.
35. #22 - that's a lousy analogy
William ,   Israel   (02.22.13)
How many doctors are threatened or injured when they visit a Jewish area in NYC? A better analogy is a physician requested to make a housecall to Harlem, on Martin Luther King Blvd, at 2am. Of course, if a physician is scared to go there that time of the night, I guess you'd also call him a racist against blacks, right? Your talkback name always has "Israel" in it, but your posts clearly show you're pretty ignorant of everything in Israel, which is probably why your first inclination was to cite a bad analogy in NYC.
36. I bet
michael ,   Raanana   (02.22.13)
I bet that it will turn out that this was an attempt to kidnap a Jew. Shame on the left media for going viral with this BS story
37. #19 Most jew make a declaration on Yum Kippur called the Ko
BDS   (02.22.13)
Kol Nideri. Where they swear that the oaths they take are not oaths, the vows are non-vows, promises are non-promise. Is The Hippocratic Oath exempt. And look about rabbi yosef ruling on treating non-jews.
38. Clarification on what is E.Jerusalem

39. #22 Racism is defined by the reason behind a move
(02.22.13)
If they were refused a doctor because they're Arab it would have been blatant racism. But it's a known fact Arab neighbourhods are less safe, atleast for Jews and if they feared their employed could get injured by going there they have all the right to refuse, it was a private company after all.
40. racism
rm ,   Amsterdam NL   (02.22.13)
If this is not a case of racism. I don't know what is. And what's even more worrysome is that too many posters here think it's ok that a doctor acts this way.....
41. "I scolded her and gave up the service."
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (02.22.13)
What does that mean? That she found another source of medical care? Or that the "emergency" didn't prove to be an emergency after all?
42. THEN STOP ATTACKING ISRAELIS...STOP STEALING ISRAELI CARS..
Esther ,   Selkirk Canada   (02.22.13)
LEARN TO BEHAVE LIKE DESCENT SANE-HUMAN BEINGS... THEN YOU PERHAPS YOU MIGHT RECEIVE PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION QUIT SQUACKING..YOU ARABS ASKED FOR IT
43. I go to Kfar Kassam
Susan ,   Kfar Saba   (02.22.13)
a to visit a friend and its fine. But in Jerusalem, many Jews have been attacked by Arabs. Its not racism any more than a white person staying out of many inner city neighborhoods in the USA for fear of their life. If the Arabs insist on attacking Jews, then they can expect Jews not to provide important services to their communities.
44. re: refusal to enter Bet Safafa
supervisor ,   Jerusalem   (02.22.13)
as as supervisor and medic with Natali medical services I must say I am shocked by these allegations. They are entirely false and fabricated. This incident never happens and never happened.
45. this is typical
Hasman   (02.22.13)
Its not only medical services with Arab sector, everyone knows the "security" issue and should have arrangement to over come it. If a settler calls from a remote, settlement some how there preplanned arrangements even though the "security" issue is much more complex.
46. Afraid of being kidnapped
Chaim Ben Kahan ,   Efrat, Israel   (02.24.13)
Lets face it, these Arab neighborhoods are run by Hamas and no one wants to be the next Gilad Shalit.
