"According to the 1951 UN Refugee Convention, to which Israel is a signatory, the Sudanese and Eritrean citizens cannot be deported from Israel." That is not what the convention says. According to that convention - people that flee their country are refugees in the FIRST country that they come to after leaving their homeland. Not the 2nd and most certainly not the 3rd country. Israel does not border Eritrea, nor does it border countries that do border Eritrea. According to that same convention they are not refugees. They lost those rights and protections when they left whatever first country they entered. According the UN Charter we can deport them to their country of origin since they are not in fact refugees. There is nothing racist about stating the facts. It is racist to accuse Israel of racism for exercising our rights as a sovereign state under those same international laws

Lots and lots of empty space in Montana, Wyoming .... why doesn't the United States take them? You know -- "Give me your tired, your poor; your huddled masses yearning to breathe free; the wretched refuse of your teeming shores; send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me; I lift my lamp beside the golden door." Nu?
