The UNICEF report said, "Over the past decade, Israeli forces have arrested, interrogated and prosecuted around 7,000 Palestinian children ages 12-17, most of them boys, ...." Obviously, the parents of the children are the root of the problem. They are teaching their children by their own actions, words, and attitudes. Perhaps the adults should be in jail instead.
