Obama is ready to cut the aid to its ally Israel but at the same time there is not problem to give aid, military assistance, F16s and tanks to Egypt under the MB !!!! he is a disaster !!! shalom

...I can easily imagine how this announcement is met with shock and dread by employees of Boeing and Northrop Grumman. Someone wants to score political brownie points and all of a sudden a bunch of highly trained experts becomes a bunch of jobless bums with no hope for a better future. I hope you guys weather that storm. There is a lot of american jobs tied to the military assistance, but then we do not need those jobs anyway, do we?

It decreases dependence on the US, and will bolster Israeli arms companies. I would like to see all US aid cut, it would be a boon for Israeli defense industries and end the US' "if you don't do this you might lose your aid" threats.

I can understand the cut; it's just 'odd' that Obama sent F-16's and 400 M1 Abrams tanks to Egypt BEFORE the 'sequestration' kicked in. I seriously have doubts about that man.

obama also sent $$ to the pals.. Maybe he should stay home and learn to govern America before another 'escape' trip to avoid his realities at home where his poll # are dropping like a stone? If he continues his anti Israeli lines, he could stay home and do that.

Israel? Who he considers somehow less than savage pals and brutal Muslim dictators? obama's a lazy, late, lizard, showing up when he needs to leave home or needs favors from Israel. The boy needs some 'diplomatic' training to top off his 'community organizing' skills Israel ant Detroit.

if you are broke why did obama just give FOR FREE!!!!!!! 20 f-16 fighter jets to egypt, 2.7 billion dollars to egypt, 1.2 billion to jordan, etc....and to afghanistan, let's not mention the millions given to that country or for that matter to multiple countries that hate america and seek its destruction. or, you have a problem only when money is given to israel, which by the way, pays back every last penny to america in return. the other countries above, n one is paid back. care to answer????
