1. Anyone who Kidnaps a PK is a Terrorist
Jean-Pierre ,   Austria   (03.07.13)
Anyone who kidnaps a Peace Keeper is a Terrorist and should be dealth with serious Precision Forces, and Rescue Operations, Israel should rescue them by all means necessary for the sake of their lives and safety. they Need to go back to their homes to their loved ones! Middle East is Hell!! stay out of there..
2. #1, Why should Israel resue them?
Essie HaKohane ,   FL USA   (03.07.13)
Theoretically, in a perfect world, Israel should rescue them. But this is the United Nations. That agency would rise up to condemn Israel, even if no fatalities occur.
3. Are these arabs Feeding Them
(03.07.13)
Lumpia, pansit, chicken adobo and halo halo?
4. Why oh why did this UN contingent not shoot too kill?

5. Good Propaganda
Norm L Jew ,   Galut   (03.07.13)
Once again, Ynet is allowing terrorists to get their message out there---that they are peace loving people who are just misunderstood! Hotels have guests---these terrorists have captives! But wait---these must be the "moderate" terrorists---like Fatah and Hamas...sorry for slandering them! After all, their real intent is to establish a modern democracy---like their peers in Egypt (or their predecessors in Teheran)!
6. to #1 Jean-Pierre
Bluegrass Picker ,   Afula   (03.07.13)
you are out of touch with reality. UNDOF duty is highly popular with Phils Army soldiers because they get many extra pays, they get paid in dollars, and because they can ride the bus every weekend to their mistresses in South Tel Aviv. I spent a lot of time in the interior of Mindanao & I know what the alternative (to UNDOF) is for these guys....
7. Screw the UN. Does "human shields" sound familiar?
Cynic ,   USA   (03.07.13)
8. #4 - I don't understand why they didn't resist.
Michael Redbourn ,   Arad Israel   (03.07.13)
9. #1 - just imagine if some got killed during a rescue attempt
Michael Redbourn ,   Arad Israel   (03.07.13)
Israel should give this a wide berth. They're being treated well. Imagine the world reaction if some of them got killed during an Isaeli rescue operation. I don't understand why they allowed themselves to be taken hostage.
10. Captured and Kidnapped are not
Get Real ,   UK   (03.08.13)
the same. #1 Not Israel's problem to have, or take any resposibility, or to be involved with this matter. #5 These rebels include extreme elements and regard Israel, with the US & UN, as supporters of Assad
