To Oleh Chadas if you were a failure in America it is no surprise you are a failure in Israel. Israel's government cannot make up for your lack of skills that an employer wants. Israel's unemployment is way lower than that in the US but employers still need you to have the skills they want. You must learn Hebrew. Just like a US employer will not read a Hebrew resume and Israeli one has no interest in your English resume. Just like you can't interview in Hebrew in the US you can't interview in English in Israel. For the rest of the economy the issues are simple. Cut taxes, cut import duties cut regulation and let the free market flourish. Get rid of welfare payments to charedim and anyone else who refuses to work. Stop paying people not to work and they will suddenly get jobs. Including the ones Jews won't do.
