1. I wish she'd come simply because WE deserve it (if "deserve"
tom ,   tel aviv   (03.11.13)
is a fitting word here)! As a political photo op: Yentel, stay home.
2. won't come
mike north ,   karmiel israel   (03.11.13)
Wait for the wave of protests to begin from around the world condemning her decision and for ciding with the Zionist apartheid state-long live free speech
3. Can I send my Bobba with her Kareoke Machine as well
Alan ,   SA   (03.11.13)
4. Barbra Streisand
Ros ,   Tel Aviv   (03.11.13)
There is no more fitting artist to celebrate the 90th birthday of an extremely honorable and loved President - I only hope she arrives.
5. Is Babs mellowing?
ASTRONAUT ,   SC, USA   (03.11.13)
Is this the same Streisand who has a record of being a Folly-wood leftist: pro PLO/ anti-Zionist? Will she contribute her concert shekels to a worthy cause b'Eretz - or scuttle back to L.A. and voice more vitriol at Israel?
6. Sorry, I dont trust her. Remember how she supports the left.
Beni B ,   Baltimore   (03.11.13)
She can go and "sing" somewhere else. Israel has many more artists that are much better. -- Dont need her KRECHTZEN. -- I prefer to protect my ears from her SHMUTZ!
7. Streisand in Israel
karmel usa   (03.11.13)
Good for you, Babs! And to all the BDS Israel/Jew haters throughout the world, you can kiss my blue & white tuches!
8. One Of The Best Singers Of All Time
Brett ,   Florida   (03.11.13)
But when she opens her mouth while not singing, she makes us cringe. She is a left wing loon of mega proportions.
9. Why doesn't she come for Independence
jason white ,   afula,israel   (03.11.13)
Day and celebrate with people who have defended Israel and not shared the nobel peace prize with a terrorist. Let her put on a concert for those that served in the I.D.F. or still serving. Too bad we cannot get the Rolling Stones or reunite the Beach Boys for a concert here!
10. Terminology
Geoff ,   London (UK)   (03.11.13)
Why refer to Israel as 'the Holy Land'? Isn't that a Christian term?
11. Let this has-been self-hating Jew stay where she is.
Jack ,   San Diego, USA   (03.11.13)
12. seen her in London - disappointing
Brian ,   London   (03.11.13)
I am a huge fan, but her performance is devoid of emotion - literally like "let me do what I have to do so I can go home". Perhaps Israel will move her more than London but don't hold your breaths!
13. 2, you think she will be intimidated?
k ,   US   (03.11.13)
Only the non Jews are intimidated by the anti-Israel pieces of crap, I am sure Barbra will look at their requests for her to boycott and then reinforce her decision to go
14. Streisand
Robert Levita ,   Thornhill, Ontario   (03.11.13)
I just knew someone would have to complain about her coming to Israel.
15. I can do without her (2)
Arn ,   Yehud, Israel   (03.11.13)
Mark my words... she will embrace Abbas in Ramallah and make these photos the central focus of her trip here. She is using Peres to get to Abbas.
16. I could do without her
Arn ,   Yehud, Israel   (03.11.13)
She is one of those far left pro Obama anti-Israel pro Palestinian activists with the filthiest mouth imaginable. The filth her mouth and mind generates puts Sarah Silverman in kindergarten. Total ugliness!!!
17. Guilt Trip
Get Real ,   UK   (03.11.13)
Of course she will go, and will not be put off by the usual expected calls of the boycotters. This is her Guilt Trip and opportunity to show her real support for Israel.
18. Yay for Barbra!!!
Finausis ,   Israel   (03.11.13)
Just because I don't agree with her political views doesn't make her less a singer!! She is the best singer of all time, and I hope you do come no matter what the reason!! I for one will be happy to see you here in Eretz Yisrael!!
19. watch
michael north ,   karmiel israel   (03.11.13)
definitely-watch the next few weeks
20. Its About Time!
Moshico ,   Jerusalem   (03.11.13)
What took you so long.
21. Will She Be Charging $500 A Ticket In Israel Too?

22. I Waited My Whole Life
Bridgitte ,   Raanana   (03.12.13)
I never thought I'd get to see my lifelong idol in concert. Now she's coming to me! I'm thrilled and hope she accepts my invitation to lunch ;)
23. This is about talent not politics
exUK ,   TEl Aviv   (03.12.13)
Anyone who is even somewhat musical, recognizes that Streisand has one of the best voices on the planet. Those of you who can only think to make political mileage about an impending Israeli concert, are not interested in music and probably would love gangnam style or harlem shake! Similarly Sinatra was THE BEST interpretor of sing and lyrics that the world will ever know.If he had any mafia links that could never alter it.Wagner was a great composer, and his links with antisemitism cannot change it.If you decide to cut off your noses to spite your faces...well,that would be for you non musical right wing agitators to personally decide. But I hope I can afford tickets!
