Arabs can and do take the same buses as Jews. Its Jews who are barred from taking the Arab only buses. Just like Arabs can pray wherever they want and Jews are barred from praying on the temple mount. Its illegal to ban an Arab from living in the Jewish quarter of the old city. However if a Jew tries to buy a home in Hebron the ACRI will be first in line suing demanding the Jew be banned from buying "muslim" land.
