I agree fully, Helene. This raise in budget for Shoah survivors was long overdue. Don;t know how many of you will be around in 2017, but all of you will certainly be in my heart forever, and we should advocate that your story is taught worldwide.

well, maybe NOT such a victory. It does not give any new money to survivers. It restores funds (to institutions) which were pulled because of serious allegations that they were getting mis-used. Remember, even a "charitable" organization has paid employees.... sometimes HIGHLY paid employees!!
