Dear Devorah. If important Jewish objects are kept in Vatican, of course, they must be given back to Israel. But it has been denied by our church. We, your friends, need evidences, in order to do something about it. On the contrary, the "stalemate" will go on. Could you help us? Salutes.

Judge, it is not a question of "if" plundered Jewish objects from the temple are kept in the Vatican. The State of Israel has repeatedly requested the return of these irreplaceable and, to us, most precious objects, but the requests fall on deaf ears. In terms of evidence, the temple artifacts are, themselves, the best evidence in addition to the Arch of Titus in Rome. I suggest you do a search on it. I think you will be surprised at what you see. I believe that pressure from within the Catholic church to release these items back to Israel might be an effective route, and if the new Pope is a man of his word regarding interfaith kindness, he will see to it that it is done. In addition, he will release all Jewish manuscripts (thousands of pages) to Israel where they belong. Too much of our history was looted and destroyed by Rome. We are morally entitled to those things that remain.
