and high technology ? They allege, they are the most talent and innovative people of the world. Other arabs are full with money from oil. Why not to create a modern economy then, instead living from foreign aids ?

Release the funds and make Palestine State prosperous and viable. Let them run their own affairs. Let them be a reliable neighbour. And if they don't, we can deal with them in the proper and rightful way. There is no meaning in starving the Palestinians or creating hardships. This will only feed radicals.
