1. Arab spring, huh?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.30.13)
What's the matter, Hussein Obama? Here I thought you were all for the "Arab spring." Have you changed your mind? You bought it; you wear it. Worst president in the history of the United States, and that is saying something.
2. YEAAHHHH...GO FOR IT !!!!! Make Morsi

3. who said the Muslim Brotherhood was moderate, democratic?
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (03.30.13)
obama should wake up from his deep slumber and realize that political islam is never moderate or democratic. political islam is without exception, totalitarian in all respects.
4. 1 no, it is the Islamic Winter
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (03.30.13)
it is not likely to go away anytime soon. the best chance for the egyptians is the military before mursi purges the military more than he has thus far.
5. EGYPT RIOTS
H ROSEN ,   PA USA   (03.30.13)
UNFORTUNATELY IT IS PRIMARILY THE EGYPTIANS WHO KNOW THE MUSLIM BROTHER HOOD BEST THE US STATE DEPT STILL IS UNDER THE DELUSION THAT THE BROTHER HOOD ARE BASICALLY GOOD GUYS WHO WILL EVENTUALLY RUN A DEMOCRACY AND HAVE BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN KEEPIN G UP EGYPT'S $$$ DUH!!!
6. Freedom and Democracy
Syd Chaden ,   Palermo Calif USA   (03.30.13)
The Egyptian protesters demanded Freedom and Democracy, and Obama and Hillary Clinton made speeches and gave them the Muslim Brotherhood. Then, the Egyptian protesters again demanded Freedom and Democracy, and Obama made speeches and gave the Muslim Brotherhood F-16s. Amazing that so many listen to what Obama says, and so few pay attention to what he does.
7. When things go bad -
HaifaGuy   (03.30.13)
PLAY THE BLAME GAME!!!!! It has worked wonders historically... But to me it seems like the Arabs took it to another level. Their leaders are so good at self delusion they might actually believe their own crap. I wonder if the plebs are still buying it, though. You know, I'm pretty sure they do, after all this is the only show in town. All Arab politicians have to do is to come up with their own flowery metaphor, season it with a hint of bloody riots and serve. Bon appetite!
8. To: Cipora at No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.31.13)
Agreed. Morsi is purging the military. But should Israel need to take back the Sinai -- and it is looking increasingly likely that Israel needs to do precisely that -- Morsi is doing his level best to make it even easier than it would be in the normal course of events. I always have missed Taba. Not to mention Yamit.
