Sexual harassment takes two forms -- (i) the quid pro quo and (ii) hostile environment. Mrs. Teitel was subject to the latter form of sexual harassment. Physical sexual abuse is not harassment -- it is rape or assault.

You bet. Sexual insinuation (I think you meant to write "innuendo") is an element of hostile environment harassment. It's an unwanted sexual advance. It wouldn't carry a prison term, but you can be terminated from employment, be made to pay a fine and find yourself liable for punitive damages should your victim decide to sue.

The prolonged Shabak investigation was without the presence of a lawyer. At the end, Teitel admitted he did every unsolved crime in Israel. After this "investigation" his mental state was such that they never gave him a trial or presented evidence, rather a court-appointed lawyer signed a confession in his name. No one knows which, if any, crimes Teitel committed though it is certain that the police focus on Teitel let the murderer of the kids at the Tel Aviv club escape. As for his wife, everyone knows that Israel police Internal affairs is corrupt and only purpose is to cover up police crimes against simple civilians (including Mitnahlim and Arabs). I'd like to point out that this poor young woman lost her husband here because the guy is OBVIOUSLY MENTALLY ILL to have done what he did. She deserves COMPASSION!
