1. Anton seem to be comfortable stating that Iran's animosity is towards Israel and not Turkey therefore should Turkey should not be concerned. The US nuclear arsenal located in Turkey is not under Turkish control. NATO has these there for NATO interests. If Turkey is in a conflict t is not absolutely guaranteed that NATO will be there for Turkey. In 1974 Cyprus conflict NATO did not support Turkey and USA established a very heavy embargo on Turkey. 3. Pakistan has nuclear power against India. They are not there to protect Turkey or Iran. 4. Iran is not being threatened by any neighbors. Iran's president constantly state that he would like to erase Israel from the map. This is why must never have any nuclear arms. USA and Israel are in agreement on this. USA felt that Turkey also must be on her side and this is why the warming of Turko/Israeli relations were forced upon Israel and Turkey by President Obama. Therefore if this warming up ends up successful where will Turkey stand vis a vis Iran?
