Of Israeli Dishes...preferably covering the whole spectrum from Israeli Ashkenazi, Israeli Sephardi, Israeli Arab and Israeli Christian....?
Or is there one out there Ive missed?
Plenty of Cookbooks for trad 'Jewish' Cuisine but none that Ive found for Israeli Dishes
And especially none with mouth watering photography
