1. Its bureaucracy...

my husband was murdered in a terrorist attack in 1992, that's 21 years ago. ...and still his university doesn't have his name listed on the memorial wall ...and still neither Bituach Leumi, nor the Ministry of Defense, nor Benai Achiva put flowers, or candles or even a flag on his grave. I am neither offended by nor concerned about sorting the bureaucracy...my children and I know he was killed in a terrorist attack, we know where he is buried and we take care of his grave. The rest is really all just bureaucracy and it does not concern me or the memory of my late husband.
