The reality is that there are 2 unfortunate Israeli realities that you fail to mention. The first is why are Israeli doctors in American hospitals. Is it because of the high salaries in Israeli hospitals? Or is it because they can earn 3-5 times as much or more in an American hospital? I am not discounting there experience or credentials but the motive of being in Boston is dollar driven. The other reality is that most American hospitals don't see mass bombing victims and I hope that will remain the case and also remain quiet in Israel like the last few years, The bottom line is we all learn from each other, I am quite sure the Israeli doctors are learning a few new tricks in Boston as well that they don't experience in Israel.
