1. Didn't Obama say ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.23.13)
.... that the use of chemical weapons in Syria would constitute "crossing a clear red line?" Well, there's been plenty of corroboration that chemical weapons have indeed been used in Syria. So, Mr. President, the ball is in your court. Can't wait to see how you weasel your way out of this one. Boston was nauseating enough.
2. NUKE THEM BEFORE THEY GAS YOU
Ted ,   goldenguch, OK   (04.23.13)
take out their command and control centers, electric, water, and communications systems, destabalize them so they can't launch attacks. DO IT NOW, CATCH THEM BY SUPRISE!!!
3. Alright, let's get the job done!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.23.13)
It is clear that the Moslem in the White House offers many pretty words, but says nothing of any substance. The same holds true for Hagel and Kerry. Iran must be stopped, and it is up to us to do it. Of course, the Iranians will retaliate against an Israeli preemptive strike by targeting an American asset, such a U.S. naval vessel in the Gulf. The Iranians are far too cowardly -- and their weapons far too suspect -- to do much harm to Israel (popular notion to the contrary notwithstanding). But that would be the United States' problem, wouldn't it? It is foolhardy for Israel to place its existential interests in the American basket. We need to take matters into our own hands, and let the chips fall where they may. I wouldn't put too much faith in any action from Hamas or Hezbollah, either. They're pragmatists. They know the outcome and, frankly, Iran's been a major disappointment to them of late. The Revolutionary Guard has been humiliated in Syria by a handful of poorly trained rebels. These are the same people that have trained Hezbollah's "fighters." Nasrallah -- assuming he is still capable of rational thought and not dying in an Iranian hospital -- has no wish to sacrifice himself on the altar of an Iran that is in danger of imminent collapse.
4. Oh but we're experts at creating New Red Lines: they're like
tom ,   tel aviv   (04.23.13)
politicians ernest bliefes, you hold onto one until you find new one.
5. Exactly !.
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (04.23.13)
I Quote - Yaldin claimed that all three of the main players will have a difficult time continuing with the current strategy and will have to make decisions regarding escalation or an agreement. “Regarding the three players – Iran, Israel and the US – the claim is that they are not bluffing. If they stick to the stated policy, a clash appears inevitable.” Comment - Yes !. Even the Iranians understand this and, if the clash becomes inevitable, they could seize the opportunity and strike first. Arn.
6. The Clock is Ticking
Brod ,   USA   (04.23.13)
Every hour that passes after Israel's Red Line, the Ayatollahists get closer to attaining their nukes, and a mega Holocaust on Israel gets closer by Ayatollahist nuke. Israel could not and should not depend on external entities to defend itself from this existential threat. Israel alone would have to decide very quickly in defending itself to insure its survival and existence. BO can't be depended. The swarms of Islamist-Jihadists and their Hitlerite allies want to see Israel disappear. BO is bad for America and Israel. The clock is ticking towards Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
7. SARAH AT HER BEST............................#3
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (04.23.13)
Well,if the Iranians are really coward I wonder more at the inaction on the part of IDF to deal with cowards.Imagine what would have been the case if they were not cowards for a change? Keep on destroying different things in the talk-back coloumn for the time-being,Sarah.I for one love to read a run-away tales from your side,of course. You have tried your best to summarise every faction in the talk-back but when it comes to reality you will probably withdraw one thing at a time...........remain assured of that. By the way,the initial use of chemical weapons was more publicised being used by the rebels...................wasn't it?
8. RED LINE ARTICLE
ernie ,   aventura, USA   (04.23.13)
Sarah, The "moslem in the White House" remark is entirely uncalled for. It casts you as a racist, rahter than an intelligent commenter.
9. Obama: the use of chemical weapons would be a "game changer"
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (04.23.13)
there are two things obama knows not how to do: 1 keep his mouth shut; 2 keep his promises
10. the shia terror entity's time is up
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (04.23.13)
after a decade of negotiations and serious attempts at negotiations, the shia terror entity's time is up. the psychopathic leaders of this vile genocidal regime are unable to learn from experience. they see that assad has been unable to defat the rebels, despite huge military superiority and despite help from the vaunted irgc's, the al quds force and thousands of hezbollah members. yet these shia terrorists think that they can survive a strike by a powerful modern army with hugely advanced weapons systems.
11. finally iran is close to having a nuclear bomb says the IDF
james ,   ny usa   (04.23.13)
and israel and the US have done nothing, an additional proof that they're cowards, and that iran will crush the zionist entity, and you gotta love obama man, this guy is an idiot but hey it is working well for the enemies of israel and that is what really counts, sarah must love obama LOL

And what is isreal going to do about it? :0))))))))))
22. Iran is pushing Syrian Red Line
Azadegan ,   NYC US   (04.26.13)
It is Iran that is pushing the redline; the Canadian Train Plot, Lebanon Drone to Israel and Syrian Chemical Weapon incident are all intended to incite an action against Iran by west. Iranian presidential elections in June are not about who will be the president but how many people vote. Higher voter turnout means higher popular support of the regime. The unannounced public boycott of the elections is worrying the regime. They have to galvanize people behind the regime and nothing can achieve that goal. However, a direct surgical crippling attack on Syrian Air Force hits two birds; gives Syrian people upper hand on their fight against tyranny AND will be a direct attack on the unpopular Iranian Regime instead of the country as a whole.
