The no.1 question is not the budget, the real question is does the State tolerates that 40% of all israelis will not serve one single day in their whole life. If not kindly save your comments. If they don't serve than you don't know what us parents with kids in the army go thru day in day out. My kid eats tuna day in day out while serving. He also happens to risk his life day in day out. He serves because he is a Jew and an Israeli. He doesn't serve because he spend time in some yeshiva, which he happened to do for some years after HS. By the way, most of those with whom he learned in the yeshiva look at him today as a frier loser. I tell him to not mind them as they are the losers and will be their entire lives.
