a very dangerous person. Who really knows what he was doing there. He obviously had the guts to ditch the cops and perhaps had the training to do so. These 'guards' should be dealt with rather severely, as they have now shown they can be beaten easily. At least the "Keystone cops" that were transporting them. What law enforcement org doesn't handcuff AND shackle prisoners when transporting them to prison!!!? Do they think the convicted or suspect cant wait to get there?
