And how did the Afghans reward us for our largesse? By shipping their poppy crop in the form of heroin to America's shores. That's gratitude for you!

Fact is we cannot buy foreign governments like in Afghanistan, they will smile and shake your hand, take your money but as soon as its not in their interest to help you out they will say no I can't help I need to do my thing. The man is just as dirty as any other politician in the developing world. Let the US treasury keep the ghost money and let Obama worry about keeping Karzai sweet with his famous speeches instead. Time to get out the mindset that you can buy these peoples loyalty because you can't and the unappreciative Afghans will never be singing god bless america anymore than the Iraqis will no matter how much you try and do for them. America should get back to what it does best with wars and thats knock things down and leave somebody else to help with the rebuilding, much cheaper that way.

Yes! The war against drugs is not a war against drugs, it's a war against competition. That's what keeps the prices high and makes it lucrative.

Our money gets used for speacial interest of a few and our lives of soldiers get wasted on thses idiots. Karza is not a friend. He keeps Taliban morons in business. US ARMY can wipe these fools out, but Karzai and Pakis don't want that. They want us to fear them and pay them for it too.
