The kach party was not a LEGAL judicial institution as this happens with the supporters of those german murderers . By the election commission to be precise, what you have conveniently omitted is the fact that the decision was overturned by Israeli court and allowed them to vote. Other fact that Kach was outlawed much earlier in America and Europe than Israel that proves that the pressure was on.
