For Lebanon to get the same anti-aircraft missiles that the Israelis are afraid to encounter in Syria. These are defensive weapons, so there should be no issue with Lebanon acquiring them. What other country would accept foreign planes from a hostile country that has invaded it repeatedly flying overhead constantly? Would Israel accept that? Time to bring some parity to the region, and it can be done simply by making sure the air defenses of these countries is brought up to the task. The Russians are likely working on it, as we speak.
